Job Description:
The Administrative Coordinator is a key member of our Property
Management team, working closely with the Property Manager and
other members of the department to provide quality service to
property owners and tenants. They will provide administrative
support and data entry such as preparing management agreements and
leases for signature, processing tenant applications, ensuring
standard operating procedures are followed, keeping checklists
updated as projects move forward, and other tasks as assigned to
keep the department running like a well-oiled machine.
Responsibilities:
--- Create Management Agreements and follow up with owners for
signatures
--- Market new and recently vacated properties
--- Communicate with owners throughout the rental process
--- Run MLS comparative analysis to ensure rental rates reflect the
current market
--- Screen and process tenant applications
--- Notify tenants and owners of late payments and the status of
evictions
--- Process renewals and move-outs
--- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
--- Strong communication skills
--- Strong time management skills
--- Experience using Excel or Google Sheets
--- Experience in customer service or sales preferred
--- Experience using Buildium or other property management software
preferred
--- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping and accounting practices
preferred
--- Experience in the real estate industry preferred
