We're looking for an enthusiastic, highly-motivated customer
service representative to provide an excellent experience to our

exceptional communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
--- Communicate frequent customer suggestions to the team to
troubleshoot
--- Respond to customer inquiries, product and service questions,
and customer complaints
--- Ensure customer account information is up-to-date
--- Keep customer satisfaction levels high by providing accurate
information, resolving issues, and mitigating complaints
Qualifications:
--- Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction
--- Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or
equivalent
--- Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication
skills

for thirty years. The owner, Sean Brown, was born and raised in the
Asheville area. He is a husband, father, grandfather, and a
Believer. We work hard to provide for each client, and insure they
are treated well. Our Google reviews are a testimony to our
standards. We get to know our clients and treat them like family.
We also have a casual and light hearted environment because having
fun makes for a better work place. No formality with us and dress
