Job Description:

A company is looking for a Technical Analyst I.

Key Responsibilities:

Provides Level II support for various technical systems and applications
Resolves technical issues for end users via phone and email
Maintains helpdesk software, documentation, and knowledge base

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
1+ years of IT experience
2+ years of technical support experience preferred
Experience with Windows OS platforms
Experience with mobile OS platforms and mobile applications preferred
