Role Summary:
Join the AMRS FI OTC & FX Operations Service Team in Charlotte, focusing on delivering top-tier client service to high-value Institutional and Corporate clients. The role ensures seamless, automated post-trade processing across derivatives and FX products, with a strong emphasis on operational excellence and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality service and swift resolution of settlement breaks and cash discrepancies.
Support Derivative and FX trade settlements with accuracy and efficiency.
Collaborate with Sales, Trade Support, and Client Services to enhance client experience.
Drive improvements in systems, processes, and controls aligned with the Platinum Strategy.

Requirements:

Experience in FX or institutional trading operations within a financial institution.
Strong communicator with proven organizational and multitasking skills.
