Position Details:

The following information provides an overview of the skills, qualities, and qualifications needed for this role.

Job Title: Wire Transfer Investigations Specialist
Duration: 06 months (with potential to extend or convert)
Location: Charlotte, NC 28262 (8-12 weeks of training in a classroom setting)
Shift: Mon-Fri (08:00 AM to 05:30 PM)
Pay range: $20-21/Hr.

Job Responsibilities:

Handle 45-50 investigation cases daily involving both domestic and international wire transfers.
Leverage tools such as PEGA, Teletracks, and SWIFT to research and resolve issues.
Communicate with internal and external customers to gather information and provide status updates on wire transactions.
Identify gaps, risks, and inefficiencies in wire transfer processes and propose improvements.
Document findings and resolutions thoroughly while maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transaction flow and issue resolution.

Required Qualifications:

6 months to 1 year of experience in wire investigations, financial operations, or a related field.
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a structured, high-volume environment while meeting performance metrics.
Familiarity with operational risk, financial compliance, or payment processing is a plus.
